Don’t sideload the app if it is not available in your region; sideloading official apps from unverified sources can also harm your device. Instead, change your location on the Amazon account and you will be able to download the app officially.

Manage Your Content > Preferences > Country Settings > Select Country > Update.

Disable ADB Debugging

ADB (Android Debug Bridge) can be a security risk if left enabled. It creates a security loophole that can be exploited by hackers. Make sure to disable ADB Debugging under your Fire TV Stick’s settings​.
